Dude if the gameplay is anything like this (includes prince of persia style wall jump attacks) it will easily out do darksider: wrath of war. The graphics are ridiculous at the end of the trailer u realise he is fighting on top of a titan. a FREAKIN TITAN MAN!!!!!! FREAKIN FREAKAZOIDAL FRIKS!!!!!!

How the hell does a movie that is about to break Titanics reign as the highest selling movie in world, not even considered for the top three nominations that actually matter; Best picture, Best Actor, Best Actress. Ok the i can see not being nominated for best actress, but Heath Ledger as the Joker was a flawless performance. Not to mention Millions of people around the world enjoyed Dark Knight more than any of the nomination, is the Academy is saying the the majority of the population are dumbasses and don’t have good taste. Who selects these movies anyway? Damn eiltist Oscar pigs.
The one time in my life i was actually looking forward to the damn show. But now i think i am just gonna spend the day playing warhammer and soul calibur IV at the SAME TIME. Burn in hell Oscar!

The video game awards had some awesome, and somewhat ridiculous, moments today. Jack Blacks insane starting and overall hosting technique, the unveiling of a new teaser for God of War III(that clip took the meaning of teaser to a whole new level), GTA IV going biker gangs and all the top UFC fighters (Forest Griffon, Rampage, Rashad Evans and others) failing miserably as backup dancers for LL Cool J.
By far the most awkward moment was when Neil Patrick Harris showed up and did not have a clue about which independent game actually won the award. At first i thought it was all part of the ridiculous show that was being presented to us live. But when the announcer had to jump in and pronounce the winner for him, was when i realized that was a screw up own his part. It was a embarrassing and awkward moment but it played so well into the whole crazy theme of the awards that it turned out to be just plain hilarious.
God of War, Devil May Cry, Viking: Battle of Asgard, Ninja Gaiden and even the Sands of Time series of Prince of Persia, all have the same criticism that they can be played with only one button. The implication is that there’s no creativity or skill in their gameplay. A friend of mine even told me that there is absolutely no need for using any of the 100 other combos from the combo list and that hack and slash style gamers are lowest skilled gamers out there.
Well most of these criticism come from gamers who just like to hold the fire button and strafe left and right with an occasional jump in between. These are the people who like hold down the accelerator and occasionally press the brakes button. These are people who like give out preset commands and watch them carried out by the AI, while having no control over the awesome maneuvers that their characters are doing. Apparently Little Big Planet was delayed because one of the background tracks contained verses from the Qu’ran. Since I am Muslim, I found this to be really kickass. Finally some positive publicity for a religion marred with image of exploding psychopaths. What better way to integrate into the global society than through means of an ever-growing industry. BUT NOOOO!!!! Them psycho-extra-crazy-longbearded nutcases had to raise hell and get the game delayed. The official reason given by Sony is listed below, courtesy of IGN.com

Because i am running Tiger on my Mac, and Apple decided not to produce a Boot Camp version for it, the only way for me to run Warhammer online is either through means of Virtual Machine Fusion Ware or purchasing Leopard at a generous price of only $129.99.
Since my budget is tight, i tried using the VM Fusionware, which basically creates a virtual window on which you can install and run Windows XP or Vista. My friend gave me his version of windows and I managed to install it with only one slight problem – you cannot install windows directly from the CD therefore you will have to copy an image of the CD on to the Mac and then convert it to an ISO; all of which can be accomplished through means of the Disk Utility program.
The problem is unless you have more than 2GB of RAM this is a very bad idea. It is laggy and you will spend a minimum of 19 hours – yes that is how long it took me to install both warhammer and windows onto my MacBook Pro – just setting up everything. And once you are done the result is a black screen with golden warhammer cursor.
I have heard rumors that this maybe because of the recent update that Mythic put out. I highly doubt it but i’ll give it another shot if the come out with another update. Till then, i advice people to stay clear of these emulators unless you have a top notch machine, otherwise it eat a lot of space on Mac and slows the whole machine down.
My next attempt to will be to try installing Windows XP on my playstation 3 and then installing warhammer online. If i can install XP on playstation 3 i will have myself a freakin super computer (a dual quad core cell processor can dish out some serious power). I will post more about my experiment later this week. Till then, i’ll be holding my breath.
